Jen Montague is a force to be reckoned with. Her “street cred” is fierce just like her presence in front of the camera. Her passion lies in helping professionals step out and start forging their own paths, whether through an entrepreneurship venture or career switch.

A creative at heart and a conservatory trained singer, Jen’s leadership approach infuses well known business models with acting and theater based coaching models. Jen is Executive Director of Modern Wealth Concepts, and MWC Executive Services Group which takes a modern approach to helping professionals build wealth, leadership skills and a better future. 

Jen holds a Masters from The Krannert School of Management, Bachelors in Music from The Peabody Conservatory of Music at Johns Hopkins University. Past corporate leadership appointments include; Comcast Cable, Ogilvy & Mather NYC, Persado NYC, Amazon and Ingersoll Rand.

International DJ Casper

The International DJ Casper was born into a family full of liveliness and music. His passion for music began at the early age of 5 while watching his older brothers bring home the latest DJ equipment. At age 13, following in his older brothers’ footsteps, Cas stepped into the local DJ scene. He began DJ’ing at neighborhood house parties known as “Dollar Parties”. It was here that DJ Casper’s fan base started and still continues strong to this day. As a teenager, Cas was given the opportunity to display his unique DJ style at a local young adult night club venue – Dances. It was here that he was nicknamed “The Youngest in Charge” and became a local celebrity. Awarded “Best Club DJ” by Bobby (Dance) McLean and Christopher Redz Wayman, he utilized Dances as a starting point as he expanded his reach throughout Philadelphia and the tri-state area. He was featured at the largest club venues, college tours, DJ competitions, and did guest appearances on radio stations. Cas has toured with Eddie Hustle Clement (aka Butter) and the late Gerald
Levert on the Live Vibe Tour traveling as far as Europe and South America. Cas has since gained notoriety in the industry by opening up for artists such as Akon, Ryan Leslie, Young Jeezy, Omarion, Busta Rhymes, Diddy, and many more.

Samantha Wood

Executive Creative Director of Marketing & Advertising, Partner

Samantha Wood is the Owner/Founder and Creative Director at Inzpire, LLC where she helps a wide range of clients understand the importance of creative thinking and graphic design and how it applies to their business. With experience in digital and print marketing, working on campaigns for Alex and Ani, Doc Marten’s, Perricone, Frontline Education etc. she brings a wide range of experience to the iTalk team. 

Also an Instructor at Temple University, she uses her platform to to not only teach the technical side of design but help cultivate the next generation of creative professionals and entrepreneurs.
